These Terms govern your use of the Shards Cybersecurity website (the “Site”). Use of any contracted services is governed by a separate Master Services Agreement.

You may use the Site for lawful purposes only. You agree not to attempt to compromise its security, scrape it at a rate that interferes with normal operation, or use it to transmit unsolicited communications.

2. Intellectual property

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos and code, is owned by Shards Cybersecurity or its licensors. You may not copy or redistribute content without prior written permission, except for limited fair-use excerpts with attribution.

3. No advice

Content on the Site is for general information. It does not constitute professional cyber security or legal advice and should not be relied upon as a substitute for an engagement with a qualified provider.

4. Links to third parties

The Site may link to third-party sites. We are not responsible for the content or practices of those sites and the link does not imply endorsement.

5. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Shards Cybersecurity excludes liability for any indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from your use of the Site.

6. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Slovak Republic. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bratislava.
